Beach

I actually had a bit of an interesting experience with this meditation. Going in my brain was spinning a mile a minute with all the things in my life. I definitely wasn't in a meditative state! I thought the background music sounded nice but I wasn't sure how much I would actually get out of it. Then suddenly at some point I realized I was calm, and had no preoccupying thoughts. It was very blissful indeed. Honestly this was the first time I was really sad to hear Ian Kerr's voice come on at the end saying it was time to end the meditation. I didn't want to leave the beach; I could have stayed their all day! I was actually in disbelief that 20 minutes had gone by, as time really was suspended. I heartily recommend this track for those needing to wind down and decompress.
(Thanks Robert - that kind of connects with my words in my description about this Guided Meditation, where I talk about the subconscious connections we all have to the sea, I am sure that this is true.....Ian)
