Bolero

I have always been intrigued by the Bolero meditation and the Sufi history behind it. Unfortunately it can be a difficult meditation to grasp as you have to stay very focused on multiple parts. That is why I was excited to try the Bolero meditation with entrainment beats from www.meditation-all-you-need.com It was actually the second title I tried (first being Om Mani Padme Hum)and since I had such great results from that I was hoping for more of the same. I was thrilled when the meditation helped me keep my focus. Here was a meditation that even masters have to work at, and it was coming easily. I could clearly hear and hold the three sections that make up the meditation. This was a first for me! There is such a depth to that recording and I felt like I was getting such a feeling of expansion in my whole being. I loved this recording and can't wait to try the rest of the titles on the site! meditation-all-you-need.com is now my favourite source of meditation CDs.
