Om Mani Padme Hum

I wanted to share some experiences I have had using the Om Mani Padme Hum MP3. First off, I am no stranger to meditation or using sound therapy entrainment CDs; both make up part of my daily practice and have done so for many years. I say this because the Om Mani Padme Hum MP3 from meditation-all-you.need.com was a totally new experience for me. The first time I used it was in preparation for for a group healing event I was facilitating (www.divinebridges.com) This is very demanding work that requires me to be in deep meditation for an extended period of time. Well, coming out of the 20 minute Om Mani Padme Hum meditation left me with a feeling of incredible clarity and stillness. It felt like I had been in meditation for hours! I really can't say enough great things on how this audio track brings such a feeling of inner peace. I think everyone who meditates (or wants to try meditation) should use this CD!
